In the fourth quarter of 2024, the performance of fast food and fast casual restaurant apps on the iOS platform in South America showcased notable trends. Here's an overview of the top five apps based on their weekly downloads and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

McDonald's Offers and Delivery, published by Arcos Dorados Latin America, saw a consistent performance in weekly downloads, starting at approximately 71K at the beginning of the quarter and peaking at around 119K by late November. Active users also showed a strong presence, increasing from about 2.2M to a peak of 3.5M during the same period.

Burger King Brasil experienced a steady increase in downloads, beginning at 28.5K and reaching nearly 49K by late November. The app's active user base grew from 746K to over 923K, reflecting its growing popularity.

The KFC APP (Ecu, Col, Chi, Arg) maintained a steady download rate, with numbers ranging from 8.2K to a high of 10.2K in the week before Christmas. Active users showed a gradual increase, starting at 75.9K and reaching 94.3K by the end of the quarter.

Bob's Brasil displayed a consistent download rate, starting at 7.9K and peaking at 10.1K in late November. The app's active users experienced a rise from 38.4K to 49.9K by mid-December.

Finally, Habib's showed a gradual increase in downloads, from 7.4K to 9.5K by the end of the year. Active users increased steadily from 55.1K to 83.3K by late November.
